Brace yourself Toronto. There is a new change in our beloved city landmark.

The stage isn’t going anywhere but sadly it’s name is.

The Skydome kept it’s name for decades until a partnership change replaced it with the new name The Rogers Centre. The Molson Canadian Amphitheatre will face a similar adjustment.

The outdoor concert venue will now be called “The Budweiser Stage” after Live Nation Entertainment has been taken over by Budweiser. Many Torontonians are not pleased with the name change and have taken their frustrations to social media.
