On Thursday, a California jury found Metro Boomin not liable in the civil sexual assault case.

Vanessa LeMaistre accused Metro of four claims of rape and sexual battery.

Court reporter Meghan Cuniff said, “Jurors rejected all four claims against Metro, including sexual battery. They said the plaintiff didn’t prove any of them.”

After the verdict, Metro said, “I’m grateful and thankful to God that I can finally put all of this nonsense behind me. Based off of how I treat others and represent myself, never in a million years would I have thought I could be accused of such a disgusting and heinous act.”

Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of Canada’s most renowned female DJs, with a career spanning over 30 years.
