There is a warrant out to arrest Tyrese Gibson in Atlanta.

According to reports, Tyrese’s dogs allegedly killed another dog earlier this month.

Fulton County Animal Services said Tyrese had received multiple warnings about his four Cane Corso dogs running loose in the neighborhood on different occasions.

After the attack, Tyrese was supposed to surrender the dogs. When authorities arrived at his home, the dogs and Tyrese were gone.

Tyrese is wanted on a single count of cruelty to animals.

A statement released by Tyrese’s legal team said, “Mr. Tyrese Gibson extends his deepest condolences to the family who lost their beloved dog to this tragic incident that occurred while Mr. Gibson was away from his home.”

The statement continued, “Upon learning of this unfortunate accident, Mr. Gibson immediately made the difficult decision to rehome his dogs to a safe and loving environment.”

The attorneys added, “Concerning the misdemeanor warrant, Mr. Gibson is cooperating fully with authorities to address and resolve this matter responsibly. Mr. Gibson asks for privacy and understanding as this matter is handled through the appropriate legal channels, and as he remains committed to the safety of his community and the well-being of all animals.”
