Usher Raymond IV was born on October 14th, 1978. He turns 47 years old this year.

Usher has grown from the young buck to the grizzled veteran of R&B.

To this day, he remains one of the most recognized figures in the game.

Usher has sold over 23 million albums in the U.S. alone, and has been a chart-topping king for nearly 30 years.

Usher has also won 8 Grammys, 18 Billboard Music Awards, 12 Soul Train Music Awards, 8 American Music Awards, and a BET Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.

Usher headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2024.

DJ Mel Boogie

Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of Canada’s most renowned female DJs, with a career spanning over 30 years. Known for her contributions to community and music organizations, she made history as the DJ for the 2023 JUNO Awards’ tribute to 50 years of hip-hop, sharing the stage with Canadian icons like Kardinal Offishall, Michie Mee, and Choclair in a performance watched by 2.2 million viewers nationwide.

As chair of the JUNO Rap Advisory Board, MelBoogie has worked to amplify women’s voices in the industry.
