Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather has filed a massive $340 million lawsuit against Showtime and its former sports president, Stephen Espinoza, alleging a major financial conspiracy.

The lawsuit claims the network and its executives helped Mayweather’s former manager, Al Haymon, misappropriate a “significant portion” of the boxer’s career earnings over the course of a decade.

Mayweather alleges that Showtime funneled money from his biggest pay-per-view events—including the blockbuster fights against Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor—directly into accounts controlled by his former manager.

According to the complaint, when Mayweather’s new team requested a look at the books, Showtime allegedly claimed the financial records were “lost in a flood” or otherwise inaccessible.
