Rick Ross has issued a cease-and-desist letter to Remy Ma regarding her upcoming film titled “The Biggest Boss,” claiming it features unauthorized use of his music and trade name.
The film, set to be released on the Remy Ma Network this summer, centers on a correctional officer who steals a drug dealer’s life story to launch a rap career, echoing Ross’s own past as a former C.O.

Ross argues that the film could confuse fans about his involvement.
Remy Ma’s representative said she was unaware of the concerns raised by Ross and that she takes the matter seriously.
Following Ross’s concerns, Remy Ma has removed the film title.
