A Los Angeles billboard featuring Curry got a nomination for going viral because it looks like he’s shooting the moon, while fellow NBA star LeBron James’ commercial for Amazon, showing him considering different post-basketball careers like barber and lounge singer, grabbed a nod for best collaboration.

Dwayne Johnson’s surprise visit to the Apalachee High School football team after a school shooting got a nomination in the best long-form video category.

The awards feature eight major categories, including games, podcasts, websites, apps, AI, and advertising, with organizations like Google (46 nominations), PBS (29), and Apple (23) leading in total nominations.

New categories have been introduced this year to recognize advancements in AI, podcasting, social media, and creator businesses.

The winners will be announced on April 21, with a ceremonial event hosted by Josh Johnson from “The Daily Show” planned for May 11 in New York City.
