Method Man Joins A Different World Reboot Cast

Method Man is officially checking in at Hillman College.

The star has joined the cast of the highly anticipated A Different World reboot, which is heading to Netflix.

According to reports, Method Man will take on the role of Coach Coles, joining a mix of fresh faces and returning original stars.

Production on the first season has already wrapped, with showrunner Felicia Pride expressing excitement for the world to see the “magic” they created.

Original cast members, including Kadeem Hardison, Jasmine Guy, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Cree Summer, are all set to return to the beloved series.

The original show’s director, Debbie Allen, is also back as an executive producer for the ten-episode project.

Producers promise the reimagined series will keep the “same bones” that made the 1987 original a staple of Black television history.
