The road to the FIFA World Cup 2026 just got a major soundtrack upgrade.
Grammy-winning rapper Future and South African superstar Tyla have joined forces on “Game Time,” the latest release from FIFA Sound’s official World Cup album. The high-energy track blends hip-hop, pop, and global influences into an anthem designed to capture the excitement leading into the world’s biggest sporting event.
Produced by hitmaker Cirkut, “Game Time” marks one of the first times hip-hop has taken center stage in an official FIFA World Cup music campaign. Future delivers his signature larger-than-life energy, while Tyla adds a fresh international sound that reflects the global spirit of the tournament.
The song is part of FIFA Sound, a music initiative celebrating the culture and diversity surrounding the 2026 World Cup, which will be hosted across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Previous releases from the project have featured artists including Shakira, Burna Boy, LISA, Anitta, and Rema.
Fans will get to see the collaboration live when Future and Tyla perform “Game Time” during the FIFA World Cup 2026 Opening Ceremony in Los Angeles on June 12.
With kickoff just around the corner, the soundtrack to the world’s biggest sporting event is already generating plenty of buzz — and “Game Time” might just become one of the defining songs of the tournament.
