Jay-Z’s Fro Took Days To Come Together

Jay-Z recently unveiled a transformed look at the Roots Picnic.

A newly styled Afro took six days to get into place after combing out his locs.

Celebrity hairstylist Letisia Ravelo led the transformation, using an array of Cecréd products (Beyoncé’s haircare line) while managing the demands of her own pregnancy.

Ravelo emphasized the importance of moisture and patience in the combing out process, which involved meticulously separating each loc strand to prevent damage.

The hairdo sparked widespread confusion and debate on social media, with many believing the Afro was a wig rather than a result of a labor-intensive grooming procedure.
