Ice Cube and Nia Long Return For Third “Are We There Yet” Film

Ice Cube and Nia Long are officially reuniting for a 3rd movie in the “Are We There Yet?” comedy franchise.

The upcoming sequel is titled “Are They Gone Yet?” and the project arrives nearly 20 years after the original film.

The new story focuses on Nick Persons. He will face an entirely new family challenge and become a grandfather.

Ice Cube expressed his excitement about revisiting the beloved series. He looks forward to bringing the story to a new generation of fans.

He discussed the project and said, “We built something special with this franchise. Audiences grew up with Nick Persons, and now Nick’s got grandkids. Time flies.”

An official release date remains unannounced.
