The NBA season is just 70 days away, and the league is revealing its biggest matchups for opening night and Christmas Day.

Opening night tips off October 20th with a historic triple-header broadcast on NBC and Peacock.

The Boston Celtics will play the Detroit Pistons, the Philadelphia 76ers face the New York Knicks, and the Oklahoma City Thunder battle the San Antonio Spurs.
The traditional 5-game Christmas Day lineup will bring major drama to ABC and ESPN.
Victor Wembanyama leads the Spurs into Madison Square Garden to face the New York Knicks in an NBA Finals rematch, while Giannis Antetokounmpo and the new-look Miami Heat take on the Celtics.
The showcase game features LeBron James returning to Los Angeles with the 76ers to play Luka Doncic and the Lakers.
The holiday wraps up with the Thunder visiting the Minnesota Timberwolves, before Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets face Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors.
