Druski Will Be The First Ever Digital Creator To Host SNL

Druski, who is a huge TikTok-and-Instagram sketch comic Druski (real name Drew Desbordes) will become the first digital creator to host Saturday Night Live.

It’s a big milestone for Lorne Michaels and the show, which has mined YouTube and other platforms for cast members going all the way back to Andy Samberg and the Lonely Island guys in 2005, but has never elevated an online talent to the host gig.

Druski is slated to host on November 7th, and we’re sure if his digital fanbase tunes in, it could be one of SNL’s highest rated shows ever.

NOBETTERNINA

A hip-hop, R&B, and trap music junkie stuck in the 2000s/2010s ?. My journey into radio was inspired by 106 & Park, and my first concert ever was Hilary Duff (the variety is crazy, I know). My most-seen artists are Drake and Tory Lanez (8-10 times each), but my favorite artist of all time is Lil Wayne.

When I’m not on air, you can catch me on the field (playing soccer), taking a nap, at a concert, or indulging in pasta, tacos, and/or some form of chocolate.
