The ambulance left Fort Dix around 1 a.m. Saturday. Sources said Combs was awake and talking when he returned, though the cause of his injury remains unclear.

The medical emergency follows recent allegations that Combs had a banned cellphone and paid fellow inmates for services.

A union official said Combs lost 41 days of good conduct time for disruptive behavior, pushing his projected release date to March 2028.

His representative, Juda Engelmayer, criticized the recent leaks.

He said, “There are legitimate questions about how recordings and information are making their way out of a federal prison in the first place.”

Combs is serving a 50-month sentence after a jury convicted him of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
