NBA 2K26 has announced its cover athletes. Current NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, WNBA great Angel Reese, and soon-to-be basketball Hall of Famer Carmelo Anthony will grace the cover of the video game. Different editions of NBA 2K26 will be released on September 5th.

DJ Mel Boogie

Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of Canada’s most renowned female DJs, with a career spanning over 30 years. Known for her contributions to community and music organizations, she made history as the DJ for the 2023 JUNO Awards’ tribute to 50 years of hip-hop, sharing the stage with Canadian icons like Kardinal Offishall, Michie Mee, and Choclair in a performance watched by 2.2 million viewers nationwide.

As chair of the JUNO Rap Advisory Board, MelBoogie has worked to amplify women’s voices in the industry.
