During a heavyweight fight on the undercard of Teofimo Lopez vs. Shakur Stevenson at Madison Square Garden, Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller’s toupee was knocked off by Kingsley Ibeh in the second round.

The incident occurred after Ibeh landed a series of punches, which lifted Miller’s hairpiece and ultimately sent it flying off, leaving a ring of natural hair around his bald head.

Miller removed the toupee between rounds, tossed it into the stands, and humorously commented on the situation, stating that he had recently lost his hair due to a bad reaction to shampoo.

Despite the bizarre moment, Miller improved his performance in the later rounds to win the fight by split decision.
