Chris Brown Sued Over “Breezy Bowl” Name

Chris Brown is being sued by a swimwear company over the name “Breezy Bowl.”

Brown named his current concert tour “Breezy Bowl” to celebrate his 20 years in the music business. Breezy Swimwear is accusing Brown and Live Nation of copyright infringement.

The company stated that they have been using the Breezy trademark since 2018, and the brand has been using Breezy Bowl since 2023.

An attorney for the swimwear company said, “Celebrities do not get to overwrite small-business names just because they are famous. Breezy Swimwear coined ‘Breezy Bowl’ here in Miami; we are simply asking the court to protect that home-grown brand and end the confusion.”

Brown and Live Nation haven’t commented on the suit. But what’s weird to us, Chris Brown been calling himself Breezy for over 10 years and it’s documented…He could probably counter-sue for them using the word “Breezy”

Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of Canada’s most renowned female DJs, with a career spanning over 30 years.
