Sean “Diddy” Combs has officially sold his massive waterfront Miami Beach mansion for $55 million.

Property records confirm a company connected to Diddy transferred the exclusive Star Island estate to a Virginia firm led by John A. Franklin.

Diddy originally purchased the 6-bedroom home from Gloria and Emilio Estefan for $35 million back in 2021, netting a $20 million gross increase in value over 5 years.

The closing follows a sudden legal fight where John A. Franklin sued to force the sale, but a representative for Diddy said the seller was always “ready and on standby to close.”

This luxury real estate transaction comes while Diddy is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence following a conviction last October.

While this massive sale slashes Diddy’s local property holdings, he still officially owns the neighboring estate right next door.
