Drake and Don Toliver have released an official standalone video for their collaboration “Solar Eclipse,” which was originally featured in Drake’s FOMO film.

The song “Solar Eclipse” is part of an expanded edition of Drake’s album HABIBTI (FOMO), which now includes 24 tracks and has a total runtime of one hour and 17 minutes.

Don Toliver also collaborates on another track from the expanded album titled “Cold Shoulder,” which features Yebba, and both songs now have their own standalone visuals.

The FOMO film’s rollout turns it into an ongoing project rather than a one-time event, allowing listeners to easily access individual tracks without having to rewatch the entire film.

“Solar Eclipse” reinterprets Ella Langley’s country hit “Choosin’ Texas,” transforming it into a Hip-Hop version, showcasing a genre crossover.

The expanded edition of HABIBTI includes four new tracks: “Solar Eclipse,” “Quebec,” “Classic PT2,” and “Cold Shoulder,” reflecting Drake’s heavy release schedule for 2026.

The strategy behind releasing the short film, updated album, and individual music videos creates a multi-stage campaign, giving each new song another opportunity to engage listeners after the original film’s release.
