Drake’s “NOKIA” Now Most Streamed Rap Track of the Year

Drake’s “NOKIA” is now officially the most streamed rap song of 2025. The throwback-laced anthem from his “$ome $exy $ongs 4 U” collaboration with PARTYNEXTDOOR has edged out the competition, clocking in at 433.1 million streams on Spotify, just enough to snatch the title from Florida breakout star Doechii.

For most of the year, Doechii’s “Anxiety” held the top spot. Released in March and originally teased years ago, the Gotye-sampling single exploded across TikTok and digital platforms, helping power her “Alligator Bites Never Heal (Deluxe)” mixtape to Grammy status. As of this week, the viral hit sits just below Drake’s with 432.6 million Spotify streams.

Beyond singles, Drake continues to widen the gap in overall dominance. He recently became the first artist to cross 120 billion Spotify streams, a staggering benchmark that no other rapper has touched.

Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of Canada’s most renowned female DJs, with a career spanning over 30 years.
