Justin Bieber Drops Surprise Album Swag

Justin Bieber shocked the music world on Thursday by announcing a new album would be released on Friday.

His seventh album is called Swag. Billboards promoting the album appeared in Iceland and New York.

The album clocks in at 21 tracks, featuring guest appearances from a slew of artists including Gunna, Sexyy Red, Druski, Dijon, Lil B, Cash Cobain, Eddie Benjamin and Marvin Winans on the closer “Forgiveness,” a rendition of “Lord, I Lift Your Name on High.” Bieber handled production on “Swag” alongside Carter Lang, Dylan Wiggins, Daniel Caesar, mk.gee, Daniel Chetrit, Knox Fortune and more.

DJ Mel Boogie

Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of Canada’s most renowned female DJs, with a career spanning over 30 years. Known for her contributions to community and music organizations, she made history as the DJ for the 2023 JUNO Awards’ tribute to 50 years of hip-hop, sharing the stage with Canadian icons like Kardinal Offishall, Michie Mee, and Choclair in a performance watched by 2.2 million viewers nationwide.

As chair of the JUNO Rap Advisory Board, MelBoogie has worked to amplify women’s voices in the industry.
