Offset Faces $100K Casino Lawsuit Amid Recovery From Shooting

Offset is facing a lawsuit from Detroit’s MotorCity Casino Hotel for allegedly defaulting on a $100,000 gambling credit line he opened in March 2024.

The casino claims Offset breached their contract after an attempt to withdraw the owed amount from his account failed due to insufficient funds.

The lawsuit accuses Offset of breach of contract and fraud, as the casino was unable to contact him for direct payment after the failed withdrawal.

A representative for Offset has confirmed that they are addressing the issue and “working toward a resolution.”

This legal trouble comes shortly after Offset was shot in the leg outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida following a fight allegedly involving Lil Tjay’s crew. Set’s injuries are reported as non-life-threatening.
