Recently, Rihanna opened up about the passing of her father, Ronald Fenty, who recently passed away at the age of 70 following a brief illness.

Rihanna shared her hopes and dreams for her father as a grandfather to her sons, RZA and Riot, expressing how his adventurous spirit had inspired her parenting style. She stated, “I’ve always wanted that and I’ve always dreamed of what type of grandfather he would be to them because of the favorite parts of my dad. I think it prepared me for having two boys.”

She also mentioned that her adventurous and daredevil spirit is how she wants to raise her children, allowing them to experience life freely. She also expressed, “The adventure side of me, the outside side of me, the daredevil. It’s how I want to raise them, and I want them to be outside and be in nature.”
