Travis Scott Joins Epic Cast in Nolan’s The Odyssey

A new commercial for Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated film The Odyssey features rapper Travis Scott in a notable on-screen role

In the teaser, Scott appears before an assembly of soldiers, including characters played by Tom Holland and Jon Bernthal, and warns them of an impending war relating to the Trojan War.

The Odyssey is set to star an ensemble cast, including Matt Damon, Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, and others, marking one of the most star-studded adaptations of the ancient epic.

Scott previously collaborated with Nolan on the track “The Plan” for the 2020 film Tenet.

The film will be released in theaters on July 17, 2026.

DJ Mel Boogie

Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of Canada’s most renowned female DJs, with a career spanning over 30 years. Known for her contributions to community and music organizations, she made history as the DJ for the 2023 JUNO Awards’ tribute to 50 years of hip-hop, sharing the stage with Canadian icons like Kardinal Offishall, Michie Mee, and Choclair in a performance watched by 2.2 million viewers nationwide.

As chair of the JUNO Rap Advisory Board, MelBoogie has worked to amplify women’s voices in the industry.
