Cardi B Stuns…SZA Soars…And The Stars Showed Out At The 2026 Met Gala

Cardi B attended the 2026 Met Gala despite feeling sick. She told reporters that she had a fever as she arrived at the event in a custom Marc Jacobs gown.

Her gown featured a sculptural design inspired by German artist Hans Bellmer. Cardi paired the dramatic dress with 9½-inch platform boots from Marc Jacobs.

SZA made a stunning return to the 2026 Met Gala, wearing a custom gown by Emily Adams Bode Aujla, inspired by butterflies and crafted from vintage materials sourced primarily on eBay.

The dress included over a hundred yards of yellow fabric and featured a structural skirt, corset, a train adorned with antique rhinestones, and beaded panels mimicking butterfly wings, showcasing a blend of artistic and historical influences.

SZA’s ensemble was complemented by a unique headpiece crafted from real shells and flowers, contributing to her whimsical, ethereal aesthetic, which she described as representing culture and the divine feminine.
