“Benson” and “Stabler” Reunite on SVU’s Epic 600th Episode

Mariska Hargitay has confirmed the return of Christopher Meloni as Detective Elliot Stabler for the 600th episode of “Law & Order: SVU,” scheduled to air on November 12th.

Hargitay teased Stabler’s appearance through two Instagram posts, one showing her pointing at his back and another featuring both actors smiling, captioned “Happy 600…”.

This will mark Meloni’s first appearance on SVU since the Season 27 premiere and follows the cancellation of his spinoff, “Law & Order: Organized Crime,” after five seasons.

Showrunner Michele Fazekas has emphasized the importance of Benson and Stabler’s relationship.

Fazekas noted that the 600th episode will stay true to the show’s heart and could include flashbacks or nods to past characters.
