On Saturday, Fat Joe, announced on Instagram that his mother, Marie Del-Carmen Cartagena passed away over the weekend, less than 3 months after his father passed away, She was 77.

Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of Canada’s most renowned female DJs, with a career spanning over 30 years.
