Fetty Wap was released early from federal prison on Thursday after serving over three years for drug-related charges.

He was originally sentenced to six years in May 2023 but secured an early supervised release, 11 months ahead of his scheduled release date of December 2026.
During his imprisonment, Fetty mostly remained out of the public eye until he announced his release on social media, simply stating “Home.”…
In a statement following his release, Fetty said, “I want to thank my family, friends, and fans for the love, prayers, and continued support — it truly means everything to me…Right now, my focus is on giving back through my community initiatives and foundation, supporting at-risk young children by expanding access to education, early tech skills, and vision care for young kids and students so they can show up as their best selves.”
