Toronto was alive this past weekend, with tons going on in and around the city. Part of the festivities also included a performance from superstar Kehlani, who took over Cabana Pool Bar for a special show on Sunday.
During their trip to Toronto, the star visited Pho Ngoc Yen, a Vietnamese spot on Adelaide St, and made a TikTok to show how much their group enjoyed the food.
“This might be the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had in my life,” the singer says, showing the meat in their friend’s soup literally falling off the bone.

The Adelaide restaurant is one of three Pho Ngoc Yen locations in the GTA, with restaurants also in Etobicoke and Mississauga. The chain has received accolades for its excellence in the past, including Canadian Choice Awards in 2024 and 2025, and being named among Yelp’s top 100 restaurants from 2018 to 2024.
Pho Ngoc Yen’s menu is inspired by southern Vietnam, with its executive chef, Tri Tran, growing up in Can Tho, Vietnam’s Mekong Delta region, before spending more than 25 years working as a chef in the GTA.
