Mary J. Blige did not hold back during her recent Las Vegas residency, aggressively confronting a fan who started booing from the audience.
The incident happened at the halfway mark of her 2-hour show at the Dolby Live Theater.
While standing center stage at a microphone between songs, Mary clearly heard the negative reaction and quickly addressed the heckler.
Mary said, “To the b**ch that’s booing, you didn’t have to come here,” asking for someone to politely remove the person from the venue.
She continued her fiery response, questioning why the fan would spend money on a ticket just to act like an idiot.
Mary quickly calmed down and apologized to the rest of the crowd before launching back into her set.
The concert ended on a high note when Mary brought out Wyclef Jean 20 minutes later to perform his hit song “911.”
