The Waterfront Singing AmbassadorsJun 29-Sept 4; Various Dates If you have ever wanted to swim, sit on the boating docks, or relax by the harbourfront accompanied by a coalesce of energetic, synchronized, soothing voices, then is there ever a special kind of concert for you! The award-winning Waterfront Singing Ambassadors Program will be returning to Toronto for the sixth consecutive time this summer, and as always will be hoping to guide you through their music as much as entice you with it, literally. Besides performing impromptu a capella renditions of classic and modern summer chart toppers, W.S.A. also stated that they are happy to continue their additional assistance in providing directions and/or recommendations for all those who need it, free of charge and through singing of course. Jerkfest Aug 10-13 An especially ideal option for concert goers who loathe how rapidly compact everything becomes at the concession stand when everyone at a show seems to take their snack and/or bathroom break at the exact same time, this year’s Jerkfest will continue to bring some of the finest food around right alongside you whilst watching the performances, and allow you to entice yourself with Caribbean Culture at the same time! JerkFest is an annual festival which takes place around the second weekend in August every year. JerkFest celebrates the world renown jerk cuisine. For those who want to help out the Toronto concert community as much as they want to rock out with it, then the U In Your Element Concert Series is the show for you this summer. Combining a philanthropic cause with an urban front, this metropolitan inspired musical showcasing will include a variety of jazz, R&B, and hip-hop/rap performers, all while contributing proceeds raised by the tickets sold to the Toronto Youth Centre and local food bank.
