Although, that does not mean that those who have a new year’s resolution to get in shape, or those simply looking to stay in shape for the time being, can’t be achieved. Here are FIVE FREE fitness influencer programs you can do safely, from the comfort of your own home, without any equipment. In line with the latest stay-at-home orders. Blogilates Cassey Ho is a certified fitness instructor based in Los Angeles and is the creator of Blogilates, the no.1 female fitness channel on YouTube. The Blogilates channel started out as a simple YouTube channel where she would upload Pilates workouts to pop music, eventually coining the term ‘poppilates’. Since then, Blogilates has transformed into a Pilates empire with Popflex active wear and yoga mats, cheap clean eats and more recently Blogilates mats, weights, water bottles and more becoming available to purchase at Target. Blogilates offers a free monthly workout program, where Cassey plans each day for you, usually starting with a warmup before heading into some lean muscle building and cardio that you can do at home with just your bodyweight. She also tends to incorporate dance into some of her cardio routines as well, if that’s your thing, and offers a beginners program alongside a few other programs if you’re not feeling the monthly calendar. The Blogilates website also includes a ton of free recipes to help with clean eating, as well as a blog where Cassey can get pretty real about body image and working out. Chloe Ting Chloe Ting is a name you’re probably already familiar with if you tried doing home workouts when the pandemic first started in March last year People across the world were trying Chloe’s free workout challenges, that are high intensity interval training (HIIT) based for the most part, after those who participated in her 2wo-week shred program shared their unbelievable progress on Tik Tok, which eventually went viral. Chloe is a fitness instructor based in Australia, who’s workout programs are actually challenges that focus on specific body parts for 3 - 4 weeks at a time. You can choose whatever challenge you’d like to do at home via Chloe’s YouTube channel, while she guides you through a range of movements for 30 – 60 seconds, back-to-back with few breaks in between. Sometimes Chloe will incorporate resistance bands as well, which you can purchase on her website, and she also offers free healthy recipes on her website as well. Pamela Reif Pamela Reif is a fitness instructor based in Germany, who was featured on Forbes’ 30 Under 30, offering weekly workout programs to her followers via her Instagram story. Every Sunday, Pamela takes to her almost 7 million followers on Instagram and uploads that week’s workout program. Pamela gives her followers options on what program to do that week with a beginner option, a slow burn option for lean muscle building, a sweaty option for lean muscle building with some HIIT cardio and a dance option for those who prefer to use dance as their workout. All the videos are on Pamela’s YouTube channel, and workouts can be done with no equipment for the most part, but there are a few videos where she incorporates resistance bands or dumbbells, which can be substituted for filled water bottles. Pamela also has her own food page on Instagram, sharing some healthy eating recipes for you to follow, and has her own healthy eating cookbook out that you can purchase on her website. Thenx Thenx is a calisthenics program created by Miami based fitness instructor Chris Heria. Chris offers a series of beginner, intermediate and advanced workout programs for home workouts with no equipment, and workouts at the gym. Not all of the videos in the workout plans on the Thenx website are free, so there is an option to purchase a monthly plan or a yearly plan depending on your commitment level. However, there is still a wide range of videos on the Thenx YouTube channel that you can access free; it’s just a matter of putting together the right combination of videos for your workout. Chris also has an app called Heria Pro that features more workout plans while the app tracks your workouts, lets you create a workout schedule or generate your own workout. If you’re looking to take you workout to the next level, you can get workout apparel for both men and women, and equipment like resistance bands, weighted vests, ankle weights and more on the Thenx website. Mike Rashid Mike Rashid is another Miami based fitness instructor, who offers a wide range of videos on his YouTube channel dedicated to strength building, as well as some motivation and advice here and there. Mike actually began as a boxer before getting into bodybuilding and now owns his own supplement company, Ambrosia Nutraceuticals, as well as his own apparel company, Alpha Academy Apparel. Mike offers virtual private training, at a cost, that comes with access to his exclusive app, meal plans, and discounts on supplements, food and more.
