United Airlines is officially introducing a new upsell option for passengers looking for extra space on their flights.

The airline will now allow customers to pay an additional fee to guarantee an empty middle seat next to them.

This new feature allows travelers to secure more room and comfort without buying a premium ticket.

The empty middle seat upsell is the company’s latest strategy to boost revenue while offering more personalized seating options.
