The NBA on TNT had its final broadcast on Saturday night.
As the Indiana Pacers defeated the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference Finals, TNT wrapped up a 35-year partnership of broadcasting NBA games on the network.
TNT’s signature basketball show, Inside The NBA, will live on. Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Shaquille O’Neal will continue to host the show with the same production team, but the program will appear on ESPN and ABC next season.
The Inside team bid an emotional farewell to the network, which included a final mic drop at the end of the broadcast.
The regular season and playoff games formerly broadcast on TNT will move to NBC, Peacock, and Amazon.
